Meagher County D.E.S. (Disaster & Emergency Service) Coordinator prepares for, coordinates and implements the four emergency functions for a disaster program: preparedness, response, recovery , and mitigation for local government to insure the continuity of government and the survival or the populace, to reduce human suffering and reduce property damage for any type of an emergency or disaster, whether caused by natural, technological, or man-made actions.
